摘要
目的探讨支气管哮喘患者激素吸入治疗不依从性的影响因素。方法以面对面方式对在本院门诊部就诊但不能遵医嘱坚持激素吸入治疗的122例支气管哮喘患者进行问卷调查,了解患者治疗不依从性的影响因素。结果患者对吸入治疗不依从性原因排前3位的分别是:患者对治疗认识不足110例,占90.2%;忘记用药82例,占67.2%;缓解期自行停药70例,占57.4%,而且男性患者高于女性患者,组间比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对治疗认识不足、忘记用药和缓解期自行停药是影响支气管哮喘患者激素吸入治疗依从性的主要因素。医护人员应针对原因,加强患者宣教和治疗指导,建立随访制度及有效的医患沟通平台,从而提高患者治疗依从性。
Objective To investigate the influential factors of noncompliance with asthma treatment by inhaled glucocorticoid.Method A questionnaire survey was conducted among 122 asthma patients who could not completely stick to treatment planning by inhaling glucocorticoid.Results The common reason for noncompliance with inhalation therapy included knowing little about the treatment（90.2%）,forgetting to take medicine（67.2%） and self;withdrawing during remission period（57.4%）.Conclusions The noncompliance of the asthma patients with inhaled corticosteroids treatment results from knowing little about the therapy,forgetting to take medicine,and self;withdrawing during remission period.To improve the treatment compliance,it is necessary to strengthen health education,establish follow;up visit system and doctor;patient communication platform.
