摘要
为了简化钻机立柱旋转轴组件的设计过程,利用VB对SolidWorks进行二次开发,开发出专用设计程序,实现了立柱旋转轴组件的参数化设计。介绍了模板模型建立、列方程式和代码编写等主要步骤。通过该方法可以方便灵活地修改零件尺寸,得到不同型号钻机的立柱旋转轴组件模型,提高了设计效率。
To simplify the process of designing the rotary axis assembly in the drill pillar, a special program is developed by developing SolidWorks with VB again, thus the parameterization design of the rotary axis assembly in the drill pillar is realized. Main steps are introduced, including building the template model, listing formulas, compiling codes and so on. It is convenient to modify the dimensions of parts with this method, so that the models of the rotary axes of pillars in different types of drills are available. The design efficiency is enhanced.
