^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像对肿瘤纵隔淋巴结转移的诊断价值 被引量:4

The Diagnostic Value of ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT for Detecting Mediastinal Lymph Nodes Metastasis

摘要 [目的]探讨18F-FDGPET/CT显像对肿瘤纵隔淋巴结转移的诊断价值。[方法]回顾性分析2007年7月至2009年7月56例进行18F-FDGPET/CT检查发现纵隔淋巴结异常的肿瘤患者资料。[结果]18F-FDGPET/CT显像诊断纵隔淋巴结转移的灵敏度98.17%(107/109),特异性81.82%(9/11),准确率96.67%(116/120);而CT诊断的灵敏度69.72%(76/109),特异性63.64%(7/11),准确率69.17%(83/120)。肿瘤纵隔淋巴结转移直径较大,其代谢程度较高,主要分布在4区及7区。[结论]18F-FDGPET/CT显像在肿瘤纵隔淋巴结转移的诊断中具有重要价值。
