耐火纤维喷涂是纤维机械化施工的一种新工艺,其独特的纤维喷涂施工技术,解决了纤维制品在高温下定向收缩、炉内复杂异形面难以施工的问题,弥补了现行纤维制品施工的缺陷,延长了工业炉窑内衬的使用寿命,为耐火纤维炉衬的应用开拓了新的前景。
The fire - resistant fibre spraying is a kind of new process for the fibre mechanized con-struction . The problems of difficult construction with the direction contract of the fibre products under high temperature and the complicate guide plane in the furnace have been solved with the particular construction process of fibre spraying. The defects of the existing construction of fibre products have been made up and the longevity of the inner furnace liner have been prolonged. The new prospects for the application of the fibre fire - resistant furnace liner have been opened up.
