摘要
目的通过对广州市某社区老年人健康状况和卫生需求的调查研究,评价广州市老年人口的健康状况,分析老年人对社区卫生的需求情况,为本市更好地开展老年人社区卫生服务工作提供信息和参考依据。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样,对广州市某社区647例60岁以上的老年人进行问卷调查和体格检查。结果老年人慢性病患病率为57.8%,患病种类多,其中高血压是危害老年人健康的首要疾病,高血压的患病率为43.3%;卫生服务需求量较大而利用率低,就诊取向多数是以区/二级医院为主,社区机构就诊率只占8.8%。结论广州市某社区老年人的慢性病患病率高,健康状况不容乐观;应加强社区卫生服务的建设,开展有效的社区老人保健工作。
Objective Through to the guangzhou a community health and sanitation needs elderly of the investigation,evaluation guangzhou elderly population health,analysis of the old community health demand,for this city better carry out the old community health services to provide information and reference.Methods A multi-stage random cluster sampling,in guangzhou a community 647 cases 60 years or older questionnaire survey and physical examination.Results The old chronic disease prevalence was 57.8%,more kinds of high blood pressure,sick old people is the primary disease harm health,hypertension incidence was 43.3%;the health services utilization rate is low,that the greater demand for doctor orientation in area/level 2 most hospital to give priority to,community institutions attendance rate only 8.8%.Conclusion Guangzhou a community of high prealence of chronic diseases,old people health is not optimistic,should strengthen the construction of community health services,and carry out the effective community health care work old man.
