摘要
通过对DN1 400直埋高温水管供、回水管保温层外表面温度的测试实验,研究分析了影响外表面温度的主要因素,对保温层外表面温度进行了理论公式计算结果和现场测试数据的对比分析,研究结果表明:所测数据绝大部分满足设计要求(外表面温度小于50℃);现场测试保温层外表面温度与覆土埋深的关系不是很明显。
Through the external surface temperature test of the insulating layer of the diameter 1 400 directly buried high temperature water pipeline both the supply and return.We researched and analysed the primary factors of the external surface temperature,compared the theory formula calculation result and site test data for the external surface temperature of the insulating layer.The research result shows that the vast majority of test data meets the design requirements(the external surface temperature need be below 50 ℃),the relationship between the external surface temperature of the insulating layer and covering depth is not obvious.
