摘要
简单列举了新农村背景下农村住宅建设存在的问题,从政府、农民、设计院、施工单位、材料供应商五方面分析了造成农村住宅建设问题的原因,并提出了相应的措施建议,以达到改善农村居住条件和提高生活环境质量的目的。
This paper simply enumerated the existed problems of rural residential construction under the background of new countryside,analysed the reasons caused rural residential construction problems from the government,farmers,design institute,construction units,material suppliers five aspects,and put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions,to improve rural living conditions and gain the purpose improving the living environment quality.
