摘要
研究了领军人才的概念、内涵、成长特点、成长规律与途径,认为领军人才具有杰出性和引领性相统一的特点。领军人才的成长首先具有较高的内在素质,主要表现在具有高目标的成就动机、优化的智能结构体系、坚韧的个性心理品格和独特的领军魅力;其次,领衔或参与领先性前沿性的重大科研项目、优化的创造实践活动空间、创造实践活动的自主控制权、结构合理的科研群体是领军人才成长的外部环境特点。领军人才的成长具有共生效应规律、师承效应规律、累积效应规律、马太效应规律、海归回流效应规律的自身特色,同时,存在不同的成长路径。
With leading talents becoming the focus, research on its growth features, growth pattern and ways is yet in vacancy. In this paper, studies are conducted on the concept, content, growth features, growth pattern and ways of leading talents, and leading tal- ents are proved to be characterized by combining outstanding and leading properties. For leading talents' growth, first, a high intrinsic quality is required, such as high achievement motivation goals, optimized intelligent structure system, psychological character of resili- ent personality, and the unique charm of the leading; second, leading or participating the leading and cutting-edge major research pro- jects, optimized creating space for practical activities, autonomous control over the creating practice, and rational structure of scientific research groups are the external environment features. The growth of leading talents has the rules of symbiotic effect, inheritance effects, cumulative effect, Matthew effect, and effect of returnees back, where some differences are also observable.
