摘要
高技术服务业对江苏经济产生带动作用,具有低碳经济效应,并呈现产业集聚化态势。通过构建高技术服务业发展的评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法提炼影响高技术服务业发展的因素,并测算、比较江苏省和中国大陆其他30个省份高技术服务业的发展水平,研究表明江苏高技术服务业的发展水平在全国位列第3,同时指出江苏省高技术服务业存在的问题。
High-tech services, featured with low-carbon economy effect and industry cluster, plays a leading role in Jiangsu econ- omy. An evaluation index system for high-tech services development is built, supported with principal component analysis, to extract the influencing factors of high-tech services and measure and compare Jiangsu high-tech services with that of the other 30 province in China. The study shows that, the high-tech services development in Jiangsu Province ranks the third in China. Existing problems of high-tech development in Jiangsu Province are additionally revealed.
