摘要
根据螺旋管圈塔式锅炉特点,将稳压吹管作为该锅炉的吹管方式,并选择了适当的吹管参数;根据的现场情况设计了吹管临时系统,且增加了临时补水系统;将超超临界1GW机组塔式锅炉蒸汽稳压吹管过程设计为:冷态冲洗、热态冲洗、试吹管、正式吹管等过程。
Stable-pressure steam purging is taken as a steam purge mode of a spiral tower boiler according to its characteristics and proper steam purge parameters are chosen in the paper.Steam purge temporary system is designed according to the situation of our factory,and temporary filling water system is added.The process of stable-pressure steam purging in 1 GW ultra-supercritical tower boiler is designed as the following： the cold flush,hot state flushing,try steam purge,formal steam purge etc.
