摘要
目的:分析形成下肢骨折并发深静脉血栓的相关因素并探讨预防对策。方法:选取本院2005年1月～2010年12月的下肢骨折患者100例,运用临床观察法进行检查并确诊并发DVT,分析下肢部位骨折并发DVT与年龄、性别、骨折部位及是否有合并症间的关系。结果:不同的年龄、不同的骨折部位及有无合并疾病患者的下肢形成深静脉血栓的差异显著,但是不同性别的患者间不存在显著差异。结论:造成DVT的主要因素为血流缓慢、血液高凝状态与静脉壁损伤,早期进行有效的干预护理有利于减少DVT的发生。
Objective： To analyze the related factors of lower limb fractures complicated with deep vein thrombosis （DVT） and explore preventive measures. Methods： Selected 100 patients with lower extremity fractures in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2010, they were checked using clinical observation method and diagnosed the concurrent DVT, analyzed the relationship between lower limb fractures complicated with DVT and age, gender, fracture site and whether had complications. Results： There was significant difference between the patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis and different ages, different fracture site and whether complications, but there was no significant difference between different sex patients. Conclusion： The main factors for DVT are slow blood flow, hypercoagulability and venous wall injury, early intervention and effective care will help to reduce the incidence of DVT.
