摘要
探讨麻醉中护士如何与麻醉医生更好的配合。采用文献回顾和经验分析方法,对麻醉护士如何更好配合麻醉医生进行探讨。本文在麻醉前的准备(如认真执行查时制度、心理护理、建立静脉通道,保持通畅、温度和湿度)、术中体位、全身麻醉、输液和输血、病情观察和抢救工作等方面阐述麻醉护士如何能够更好地配合麻醉医生的工作。并提出加强对麻醉护士继续教育的重要性。
To explore how the anesthesia nurse cooperate with anesthesia doctor in anesthesia by using literature review and experience analysis methods. This paper describes how the anesthesia nurses can better cooperate with anesthesia doctor on the preparation before anesthesia （such as seriously imply checking system, psychological nursing, establish intravenous route, and keep the unobstructed, temperature and humidity）, operation in postures, general anesthesia, transfusion and blood transfusion, observation of state of illness and rescue work. And present the importance of strengthening the education of anesthesia nurses.
