摘要
目的:观察瘘型慢性根尖周炎带瘘根充的临床治疗效果。方法:患牙经一次性根管预备,超声荡洗,替硝唑冲洗液瘘道通过术后,经一次复诊在瘘口未痊愈的情况下用Vitapex糊剂+热牙胶即行带瘘根充。治疗2～3周、3个月、6个月、1年后复查。通过临床分析和X线检查评价其疗效。结果:53例患牙中,成功治愈49例,失败4例,成功率为92.45%。结论:瘘型根尖周炎经过彻底的根管清理及瘘道清理后带瘘根充,既缩短了就诊周期,又取得了满意的疗效。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic efficacy of fistula root filling in the treatment of fistula chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods：The teeth were treated through disposable root canal preparation,ultrasonic irrigation,and fistula passage therapy with tinidazole which were performed.Patients whose fistula did not heal in the first checkup were given fistula root filling with vitapex paste and hot adhesive dentistry and were then rechecked 2 to 3 weeks,3 months,6 months,and one year after treatment.The therapeutic efficacy was assessed with clinical and X-ray examination.Results：49 out of the 53 tooth were successfully treated,and treatment failed in the rest 4 cases,with the success rate of 92.45%.Conclusion：Fistula root filling after thorough root canal and fistula clean-up can shorten treatment period and at same time achieve satisfactory treatment results.
