摘要
从住宅的规划设计、围护结构、门窗和新型节能材料、新技术的应用等4个方面对住宅节能效果进行综合评价,提出了住宅建筑节能测评指标体系,介绍了该指标体系的应用方法。
This article makes a comprehensive evaluation of energy-saving results of residence from the following four aspects,namely,the design of residence,its structure,its doors,windows and new energy-saving materials and its technical application.An energy-saving measuring standard sys- tem has been put forward and some application methods of this system have been introduced as well.
