咪唑地西泮联合异丙酚用于重症患者镇静的护理 被引量：2

摘要 ICU患者多病情危重，并且由于各种留置导管的不适，以及对疾病本身的恐惧等精神因素的影响，患者多会出现烦躁不安等，影响治疗效果；尤其是机械通气的患者由于气管内插管的不耐受、气管内吸痰操作等更需要镇静。本文选择ICU重症患者40例，给予联合镇静，配合全面护理，效果较好，现报道如下。
