摘要
目的:探讨窒息新生儿出生最初几分钟,对其进行复苏处理的方式,以提高新生儿存活率和生存质量。方法:采用保暖、建立通畅的呼吸道、胸外按压、气管插管、药物应用等方法进行新生儿窒息复苏。结果:除2例死亡,其余的窒息新生儿经复苏5min后,Apgar评分为8～10分。结论:新生儿窒息抢救的成功与发生窒息的评估、急救物品的准备、保暖、及时正确的复苏技术、工作人员间的积极配合有直接的关系,是降低新生儿死亡率及减少脑损伤的有力保证。
Objective：To explore the resuscitation processing method use,in order to improve neonatal survival rate and survival quality.Methods：The use of warm,establish the patency of respiratory tract,chest compressions,tracheal intubation and drug application were applicated in resuscitation of neonatal asphyxia.Results：Except that 2 died,the rest of the neonatal asphyxia resuscitation after 5 min,Apgar score was 8-10.Conclusion：Neonatal asphyxia salvage success and asphyxiated assessment,first aid items to prepare,warm,timely and correct resuscitation techniques,the coordination between the staff have a direct relationship.It is to reduse neonatal mortality and reduse brain damage in a strong guarantee.
