摘要
目的:探讨外伤性脾破裂保脾治疗的临床应用。方法:回顾分析本院2001年1月～2010年1月行保脾治疗的脾破裂47例患者的临床资料。结果:47例患者中29例行非手术治疗,18例行保脾手术治疗;经保脾治疗后,所有患者均痊愈出院,随访脾脏功能满意。结论:采用保脾手术治疗创伤性脾破裂是可行的,值得在基层医院推广。
Objective：To explore the clinical application of spleen-preserving surgery in the treatment of traumatic rupture of the spleen.Methods：The clinical data of traumatic rupture of the spleen in 47 cases from January 2000 to January 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Among the 47 cases,29 cases were treated non-operatively and 16 were treated with spleen-preserving surgery;all patients cured after spleen-preserving treatment and their spleen function was found normal at follow-up.Conclusion：Spleen-preserving surgery in the treatment of traumatic spleen rupture is of feasibility and deserves further promotion in primary hospitals.
