摘要
本文论述了国有特大型企业突出技术创新的必要性,在对我国当前国有特大型企业的科技现状进行了简要的分析后,着重从观念的更新、科技研究、试行科技带头制度和机构改革等几个方面论述了如何搞好国有特大型企业的技术创新活动。最后对武钢的科技现状及如何加强武钢的技术创新活动和科研开发力量谈了自己的看法。
Abstract : Hi - tech development and transformation activity is essential to super state - owned enterprises today. Based on the brief investigation of actual research work in enterprises, the article discusses ways to keep smooth going the activity, mainly in change of ideas, scientific research, trial practice of the system 'Appointing leading scientists in every field' and reform of organizational structure.
