摘要
目的:探讨泛昔洛韦联合甘露聚糖肽对复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)的疗效。方法:将66例复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)患者随机分为甘露聚糖肽联合泛昔洛韦治疗组34例与泛昔洛韦治疗对照组32例,比较两组治疗效果及复发情况。结果:治疗组RGH年复发次数明显少于对照组(P<0.01),复发间隔时间明显较对照组延长(P<0.01)。结论:甘露聚糖肽联合泛营洛韦治疗GH疗效肯定且能降低GH的复发率。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of famciclovir combined with mannatide in the patients with recurrent genital herpes （ RGH ）. Methods： 66 patients with recurrent genital herpes （ RGH ） were randomly divided into the treatment group of mannatide combined with famciclovir（ 34 cases）and the con- trol group of famciclovir （32 cases ） , compared with the treatment effect and recurrence. Results ： The recurrence frequency of the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, interval time of relapse of the treatment group was significantly longer than that in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The treatment of mannatide combined with famciclovir was effective in the patients with RGH, and it can reduce the recurrence rate of RGH.
