摘要
目的分析高脂饮食对兔的肝脏超声图像及肝脏功能的影响并采用计算机辅助诊断系统予以量化。方法 100只新西兰大白兔,随机分为对照组和九个模型组,每组10只。对照组用普通饲料和水喂养90 d。模型组用高脂饲料和水,分别喂养10 d、20 d、30 d、40 d、50 d、60 d、70 d、80 d、90 d,各组喂养结束时,超声采集肝脏和肾脏声像图。利用Sonic0.1计算机辅助诊断系统分析图像。然后采用空气栓塞处死,检测生化指标。结果与对照组相比,模型组兔肝脏声像图及生化指标随着喂养时间延长,损害逐渐加重。结论高脂饮食对肝脏损害严重。因此超声不仅可做为检测脂肪肝的首选的、敏感的检测方法,而且有望在Sonic0.1计算机辅助诊断系统的帮助下,对脂肪肝超声诊断提供客观实用的量化诊断体系。
Objective To investigate liver function and liver sonography of high-lipid diet on rabbit liver and quantify it by computer-added diagnostic system.Methods A hundred New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into nine sub-groups and one control group with each group ten rabbits.Control group was given normal diet for 90 days,and sub-groups high-lipid diet for 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80 days accordingly.Each group was taken liver and kidney sonogram after diet finished,then executed by air embolism and biochemical index was tested,the sonogram was analyzed by computer-added sonic 0.1 systems.Results The 9 sub-groups fatty liver sonography and biochemical level got worse along with high-lipid diet.Conclusion High-lipid diet severely harmed liver function.Sonography was not only the specific and sensitive tool for fatty liver diagnosis,but also an objective quantified diagnostic system in the light of sonic 0.1 computer-added diagnostic system.
