摘要
严重烧(创)伤后,常常伴有某些细胞因子表达异常,并直接影响到疾病的发展和预后,寻找改善上述病理变化的治疗药物和方法成了烧伤医学重点研究的课题之一。目前多数学者认为,乌司他丁(UTI)在改善危重疾病的细胞因子异常变化方面具有一定作用。为了进一步探讨UTI在烧伤、创伤中的治疗作用,作者复习了近年来有关乌司他丁的药理作用、临床应用效果及作用机制等文献,旨在为烧伤和创伤基础研究与临床应用提供参考依据。
Abnormal cytokines expression usually occurs ‘after major burns, and directly ＇affects disease progress and prognosis. It has been an importaat research subject to find an approach or drug to improve above pathological changes. Many researchers believe, at present, that UTI acts on improving the abnormal cytokines changes of critical illness. To further explore the role of UTI in the treatment of burn and trauma, we reviewed all the recent papers about pharmacological actions, clinical efficacy and mechanism of UTI to provide a reference for basic research and clinical application of burn and trauma.
