摘要
现代社会普遍存在的分配不公及其带来的不良后果,客观上诉求分配正义的现实出场。从经济哲学的视域观之,分配正义是基于对人类的存在价值和生命尊严的坚守之原则高度,自觉立足坚实的形而下经济基础,对社会经济财富分配所进行的经济合理性检审和价值合目的性追问。分配正义在今天之所以可能,其根据在于:分配不公导致的不良后果为分配正义的出场提供了现实的矛盾推动力;人的自然生命存在和超自然生命存在相统一的存在属性为分配正义的可能提供了人性的根据;现代社会日趋增长的财富积累为分配正义的现实可能提供了必要的物质基础。而在今日中国,实践分配正义价值,需要遵循三个基本原则:基本经济需求平等原则;按劳动贡献分配的"应得"原则;有利于最少受惠者的"差别原则"。
Distributive injustice prevails over the modern society and brings unhealthy influence to the so ciety. The appeal for the appearance of distributive justice is inevitable. From the perspective of economical philosophy,distributive justice is based on the adherence to the value of human existence and dignity of life,spontaneously standing firm on physical economic basis. It scrutinizes the economic justice of the distribution of social economic wealth and examines the value and purpose. Distributive justice is possible today because bad influence resulting from distributive injustice provides the momentum for the appearance of distributive justice;the ontological attributes that exist in natural life and super-natural life provide humanity grounds for distributive justice; the ever growing wealth accumulation in modern society provides tangible material basis for distributive justice. In today＇s China, practice distributes just value. It follows three basic principles：equal need for basic economy; distribution according to performances;favorable for the least beneficiary.
