摘要
4-甲基甾烷类化合物是一类广泛存在于原油、油页岩中的生物标志化合物。4α-甲基-5α-胆甾烷(4)的合成已有文献报道。
4α-Methyl-5 α-cholestane was synthesized from 4-methylcholest-4-en-3-one. Thefour stereoisomers of 4ξ-methyl-5α-cholestan-3ξ-ol were separated and their configurationswere confirmed by their physical and chemical properties.
