摘要
在PSCAD环境下,基于已建成的山东电网电磁暂态模型,分析了由交流线路不同位置发生不同类型的短路故障引起的换相失败对交流系统电气瞬态特征的影响;并结合山东电网线路实际保护配置情况,使用Fortran语言编程建立了三种线路保护的模型:RCS901(突变量纵联方向保护)、PSL602(纵联距离保护)及RCS931(纵联差动保护),研究宁东直流工程投运后对青岛换流站附近交流线路保护的影响。仿真结果表明,换相失败使故障线路的平行线路的电流发生严重畸变,且在线路中间发生单相接地短路故障时畸变最严重;且线路上的突变量纵联方向保护动作特性所受影响最大,纵联距离保护和纵联差动保护动作特性基本不受影响。
Based on the whole built electromagnetic transient model of Shandong grid in PSCAD environment, the article analyses the influence of commutation failure caused by different kinds of short circuit faults of AC lines in different locations on AC system fault transient response characteristics. Considering the actual installation of line protections in Shandong power grid, the models of three kinds of line protection are built by Fortran, i.e. RCS901(directional protection based on variation of power frequency components), PSL602 (pilot distance protection) and RCS93 l(differential protection). Then the influence on line protections near Qingdao converter station is studied after the operation of ~660 kV HVDC transmission project between Ningxia and Shandong in 2010. The simulation results show that the current in the parallel line of fault line distorts greatly during HVDC commutation failure and the distortion is the most serious when the single-phase grounding short-circuit fault occurs in the middle of the line. Moreover, directional protection for non-fault line which is in parallel with fault line is affected greatly, while the effect on the other two protections is less.
