摘要
目的:观察乌梅丸治疗腹型过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:60例腹型过敏性紫癜患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例,对照组30例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用中药汤剂乌梅丸原方口服治疗,均以2周为一疗程。结果:治疗组有效率高于对照组,其中治疗组在腹痛缓解、大便潜血转阴和皮肤紫癜消退时间方面与对照组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:乌梅丸对腹型过敏性紫癜疗效确切。
Objective： To Observe the clinical curative effect of wu mei wan treatment on abdominal allergic purport. Methods： 60 cases of abdominal allergic purpura patients were divided into two groups randomly, 30 cases in Control group were used by routine western medicine treatment, 30 cases in treatment group were treated with takeing Decoction of Wu Mei Wan.All with 2 weeks for one period of treatment. Results： treatment group efficient higher than those in the control group, Among them the treatment group in the abdominal pain relief, defecate occult blood and skin purpura subsidise shade time compared with controls, meaning there is a significant difference （P0.05）. Conclusion：The Decoction of Wu Mei Wan treatment of abdominal allergic purpura has remarkable curative effect.
