纳洛酮治疗重型颅脑损伤60例的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察纳洛酮治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法重型颅脑损伤60例,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,对照组患者入院后按重型颅脑损伤常规给予治疗,治疗组在此基础上再予以纳洛酮8mg加0.9%的氯化钠注射液250ml中静脉注入,连用2周;比较治疗前治疗后2周神经功能缺损程度评分。结果治疗组的显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组神经功能缺损程度减少显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论纳洛酮可以降低死亡率和伤残率,促进患者神经功能恢复,改善预后。
