摘要
目的分析2型糖尿病患者降糖药物治疗的依从性水平及其影响因素。方法回顾性分析600例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据降糖药物治疗的依从性分为:研究组,为患者依从性佳;对照组,为患者依从性差。比较两组患者在年龄、文化程度、药物治疗方案、定期复查、经济收入、糖尿病家族史方面的差异。结果药物治疗依从性好者186例,占31.0%,依从性差者414例,占69.0%;年龄大、药物治疗方案复杂(服药种类、次数多)、没有定期复查、经济收入低是造成依从性差的主要因素。结论降糖药物治疗的依从性取决于诸多因素,尽可能减少用药次数和减少用药种类,并进行定期复查,结合经济情况制定治疗方案等措施可提高服药依从性。
Objective To analysis the risk factors effecting on compliance of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） patients with medication therapy. Methods A total of 600 patients with T2DM in our hospital received medication therapy were divided into two groups, research group （fine compliance） and control group（bad compliance）, according the patients’ compliance. The factors of age, culture degree, medication therapy scheme, periodic check, economic income and T2DM family history were compared between two groups. Results The fine compliance patients were 186 cases（31.0% of all patients）,and the bad compliance patients were 414 cases（69.0% of all patients）.The main induce factors to bad compliance were aged, complicated medication therapy scheme（medication kind and frequency）, non-periodic check, low economic income. Conclusion It could be elevated compliance of T2DM patients with medication therapy by reducing medication kinds and frequency, carrying out periodic check and considering economic income.
