摘要
BJ 系列清蜡剂的成份除磷酸酯、渗透剂外,主要是溶剂三氯甲烷和四氯化碳等,这些溶剂对人体的毒害大,并且对原油后加工有害。这种清蜡剂在四、五十年代尚有应用,随着石油化工的发展,进入七十年代已逐渐被淘汰,因而在当今发展含这类溶剂的清蜡剂是不适当的。本文同时也讨论了如何评价溶蜡速度与取现场数据的有关问题。
BJ series paraffin removers contain phosphonate ester and other surfactants as basic com- ponents and a large amout of solvents,mainly trichloromethane and carbon tetrachloride. The laters are very harmful to both human's health and oil refining so that no use of these solvents and chlorocontaining solvents in general is in practice of formulating paraffin remov- ers since the 1970s.It would be a wrong choice to develop BJ series paraffin removers now- adays.The procedure of determining the rate of wax dissolution in paraffin removers of emulsion type and their sampling and the selection of experimental data in the field tests are also discussed in this article.
