摘要
目的:探讨护理干预在社康中心Ⅰ级高血压患者遵医行为中的应用效果。方法:对394例Ⅰ级高血压患者实施护理干预,采用"高血压患者遵医行为问卷"对高血压患者在干预前后的护理意向、生活方式、态度、责任、吸烟及药物等遵医行为进行问卷调查,同时分别测量、记录干预前后血压值,对所收集的研究结果进行统计学分析。结果:Ⅰ级高血压患者在干预后其生活方式、护理意向、责任、态度、药物和吸烟等得分低于干预前(P<0.05);干预后收缩压、舒张压与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以社区健康服务中心为主体对Ⅰ级高血压患者的遵医行为进行护理干预,可有效改善患者的遵医行为。
Objective： To investigate the application effect of nursing intervention in enhancing the compliance behavior of the patients with grade Ⅰ hypertension in the community health service center. Methods： Nursing intervention was applied to 394 patients with grade Ⅰ hypertension and the questionnaire on the compliance behavior of patients with hypertension was used to conduct a survey on the compliance behaviors of the patients before and after intervention, including recognition of nursing intention, lifestyle, attitude, responsibility, smoking and medication. Meanwhile the blood pressure values were also measured and recorded before and after intervention, and the collected research results were statistically analyzed. Results ： The scores of recognition of nursing intention, lifestyle, attitude, responsibility, smoking and medication in the patients with grade Ⅰ hypertension were lower after intervention than those before intervention （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the differences in the comparison of systolic and diastolic blood pressure were statistically significant before and after intervention （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The nursing intervention in the community health service center can effectively improve the compliance behavior of the patients with grade Ⅰ hypertension.
