摘要
创建养殖场小型太阳能沼气工程,并对其利用太阳能给沼气池增温和产气的效果进行研究。结果表明,冬季太阳能闷热池可将料液温度预热至10℃左右,接近沼气池内部发酵料液温度;料液入池后,在日光温室和太阳能热水设施共同作用下,提升至13.7℃,高出对照池4.05℃;料液温度的变异系数(0.86%),小于对照池(2.02%);日均产气(16.51 m3/d),比对照提高65.21%。
We build a small solar biogas projects for breeding farm and study on the effect of it's raise the fermenting liquid temperature through solar-sweltering pools,solar greenhouse and solar hot-water facilities-use solar by triple effects.The results show that:In winter,solar-sweltering pools can increasing the fermentation temperature to 10 ℃,approach to the temperature of fermentation witch is in biogas projects.After the materials into biogas projects,under the together action of solar greenhouse and solar hot-water facilities that the fermentation temperature increasing to 13.7 ℃,this is exceed 4.05 ℃ compared with CK;The fermentation temperature coefficient of variation is 0.86% that is 2.02% less than CK,the extent of changed maximal;Gas production can reach 16.51 m3/d that is exceed 65.21% compared with CK.This proves,the effects on increasing the fermentation temperature,heat preservation and biogas production of this small solar biogas project is obvious.
