摘要
为明确麦红吸浆虫滞育和发育变态过程中同工酶的表达模式,利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分析其滞育前、滞育期及滞育解除后过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和酯酶(EST)同工酶图谱。结果检测到4种CAT、4种SOD、5种POD和8种EST同工酶,2种CAT、2种SOD、5种POD和4种EST同工酶呈现出多态性,它们可能与麦红吸浆虫滞育发育或变态的生理过程有关。
To determine the expression patterns of isozymes in diapause development and metamorphism of wheat blossom midge,Sitodiplosis mosellana Gehin,the Native-PAGE techniques were used to analyze isozyme maps of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and esterase(EST) in pre-diapause,diapause and post-diapause larvae,pupae and adult.Isozymes of four CATs,four SODs,five PODs and eight ESTs were detected respectively.Among these isozymes,the expression of two CATs,two SODs,five PODs and four ESTs showed polymorphism.They may be related to diapause development and metamorphism process of wheat blossom midge.
