摘要
研究温度、沙藏及赤霉素处理对三桠乌药种子发芽率和发芽势的影响。结果表明,种皮限制是影响三桠乌药种子萌发的主要原因;25℃为种子萌发最适温度,此条件下的去皮种子萌发率达到75%;增加沙藏天数能够提高种子的发芽率和发芽势;赤霉素浸泡处理对打破种子休眠效果明显,沙藏120 d的种子经300mg.L-1的赤霉素处理后效果最好,发芽率达到76%。
The research studied the effects of temperature,sand storage and gibberellin（GA） treatment on germination rate and germination vigor of well-developed seeds of Lauraceae obtusiloba.The result indicated that the best soaking temperature was 25 ℃,and the germination rate of non-coated seed was 75%.The sand storage had a good effect on breaking dormancy,GA could significantly improve the germination rate and germination vigor,seed germination rate could reach 76% under the treatment of 300 mg·L-1 GA after 120 day sand storage.
