摘要
目的:观察穴位埋线治疗对肺癌患者的咳嗽、气急、咳痰等症状的治疗效果。方法:采用随机单盲法将我科88例肺癌患者分为穴位埋线配合西医治疗组44例,单纯西医治疗对照组44例;疗程为2个月,2个月后判断疗效,观察两组治疗后的临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗组肺癌患者的咳嗽、气急、咳痰三大主要症状均较对照组明显缓解,其中缓解最明显的是气急症状(P<0.01),其次为咳痰症状、咳嗽症状(均P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线治疗能有效改善肺癌患者咳嗽、气急、咳痰等症状,大大减少了西药的使用量,降低因使用西药所致的副作用,提高肺癌患者生活质量,且不良反应少,是一种公认的绿色疗法。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint thread-embedding in the treatment of cough,dyspnea and expectoration of lung cancer patients.Methods： 88 lung cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group（44 cases） and control group（44 cases）.The patients in the treatment group mainly received acupoint thread-embedding therapy.The patients in the control group were given Western medicine therapy only.All the treatment lasted for 2 months.Clinical symptom improving of two groups were observed after 2 months.Results： Cough,dyspnea and expectoration symptom of treatment group were obviously relieved than those of control group,especially dyspnea symptom（P0.01）,the second was expectoration and cough symptom（all P0.05）.Conclusion： Acupoint thread-embedding therapy could effectively improve cough,dyspnea and expectoration symptom of lung cancer,reduce Western medicine using,improve the quality of living of lung cancer patients,and have few adverse reaction.
