摘要
通过响应面法建立模型,分析优化了对Streptomyces albus B-215发酵产ε-聚赖氨酸的培养基成分,得到的优化结果为:葡萄糖55.50g/L,硫酸铵12.25g/L,磷酸二氢钾1.72g/L,酵母膏7.80g/L,装液量50mL/500mL,pH值为7,接种量10%,转速180r/min。在此最佳条件下,ε-PL产量为0.948g/L。验证试验表明试验模型准确、可靠。
Medium ingredients for ε-PL production by Streptomyces albus B-215 were analyzed and optimized by model establishment using response surface methodology(RSM). The optimal medium and incubation conditions were obtained as follows: glucose 55.50g/L, ammonium sulfate 12.25g/L, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1.72g/L, yeast extract 7.80g/L, filling volume of liquid medium 50ml/500ml, pH value 7, inoculum size 10%, rotate speed 180r/min. Under these conditions, ε-PL yield was 0.948g/L. Verification experiments showed that experimental modelwas accurate, reliable.
