摘要
目的探讨老年人血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与部分其他生化指标的相关性。方法检测542例健康体检老年人的血清Hcy、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)和尿酸(UA)水平结果并进行分析。结果老年男性与女性血清Hcy水平及阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性Hcy检测阳性者血清Hcy水平与血清TG、TC、BUN、Cr、UA水平无相关性(P>0.05);其他生化指标阳性率与血清Hcy差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在反映机体脏器,尤其是肾脏功能方面,血清Hcy水平与血清TG、TC、BUN、Cr、UA水平具有不同的临床意义。
Objective To explore the correlation between serum homocysteine（Hcy） and triacylglycerol（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,urea nitrogen（BUN）,creatinine（Cr） and uric acid（UA） in old people.Methods 542 cases of old people were enrolled and detected for serum level of Hcy,TG,TC,BUN,Cr and UA,and all data were statistical analyzed.Results There were statistical differences of the level and positive rate of serum Hcy between old male and female.There were no correlation of the level of serum Hcy and TG,TC,BUN,Cr and UA（P0.05） and no statistical differences between the positive rate of serum Hcy and those of other several biochemical indicators in male.Conclusion Serum Hcy and serum TG,TC,BUN,Cr,UA might have different clinical value for evaluating the function of organs,especial of kidney.
