摘要
本文以优质棉纤维为原料,以异丙醇和水混合溶剂为介质,用溶剂法合成了高粘型聚阴离子纤维素 PAC~1,其 IR 谱与 ANTISOL FL30000相同,其取代度、特性粘度、表观状态和水溶性与 FL30000接近,其它性能如水溶性受外加盐的影响,溶液流变性和处理泥浆的性能等基本相似,而对泥浆的降失水效果,则从本实验结果看,PAC-1还略优于 FL30000。
Highly viscous polyanionic cellulose (PAC-1) has been synthesized in our laboratory by solvent-method using cotton as raw material and isopropanol-water mixture as reaction medium.Its IR spectrum is identical with that of ANTISOL FL30000.Its degree of substitution,intrinsic viscosity,appearance and solubility in water are close to that of FL30000 quite well.And so are other properties:the salt-tolerance and rheological behavior of their aqueous solutions,the performance of the mud treated with them.The efficiency of depressing the filter loss of the mud treated by PAC-1 is even better than that by FL30000.
