摘要
溃疡性结肠炎(UC)为现代难治病之一,临床表现主要为腹泻、粘液脓血便,但有少数病人并无腹泻,反倒表现为便秘。临床以便秘为主症而无腹泻的UC若不做肠镜检查则容易漏诊。本文正是就此对以便秘为主症的UC的中医思路提出几点粗浅认识,以期达到抛砖引玉的目的。
Ulcerative colitis（UC） is a difficult disease with diarrhea and mucopurulent bloody stool as its main clinical manifestation.But instead of diarrhea,a few patients have constipation.Clinically,UC patients with constipation as its primary symptom are likely to be ignored without enteroscopy.This paper proposes some understanding from the perspective of TCM on UC with constipation as its primary symptom.
