摘要
现阶段中国在治疗呼吸系统感染时存在着不适当及不必要应用抗生素的现象。因此,贯彻治疗呼吸道感染的抗生素合理应用及限制致病菌对抗生素耐药性的产生已迫在眉睫。文章结合国内外重要的临床用药指南和最新的相关研究,重点综述了上呼吸道感染和下呼吸道感染情况下合理应用抗生素的一些新视点。
Summary： Inappropriate and unnecessary antibiotic therapies were particularly so frequent in the treatment of respiratory tract infections in China were much higher than in Europea. Therefore,restrict the use of antibiotics to only certain definite indications in respiratory tract infections and limit the development of antibiotic resistance were extremely urgent. Combined the guidelines with recent literatures, this review emphasizes on some new viewpoint of rational antibiotic therapies for respiratory tract infections.
