Disseminated histoplasmosis misdiagnosed as Crohn's disease:a case report and literature review
摘要
荚膜组织胞浆菌（H．capsulatumvar．capsulatum，HC）又称美洲组织胞浆菌，属于一种深部真菌，感染后常累及单核巨噬细胞系统，治疗不及时可致死亡。该病主要发生于中、北美洲。我国的病例报道十分罕见，
