摘要
目的建立藏药智托洁白丸(寒水石、矮紫荆、诃子、兔耳草、木香等)中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的定量测定方法。方法采用反相HPLC法测定智托洁白丸中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯。色谱柱依利特Hypersil-ODS C18柱;流动相乙腈-水(46∶54);体积流量1.0 mL/min;紫外检测波长225 nm。结果木香烃内酯在0.126 4～1.264μg/mL的范围内,去氢木香内酯在0.176 8～1.768μg/mL的范围内呈良好的线性关系,r值均为0.999 9;平均加样回收率分别为98.60%和97.77%,RSD分别为1.47%和0.77%。结论本方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重现性好,适用于藏药智托洁白丸中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的测定。
AIM To develop a method for determining the contents of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone in Zhituo Jiebai Pill（Gypsum seu Calcitum,Chebulae Fructus,Aucklandiae Radix,etc.）.METHODS Reversed-phase HPLC was used to determine the contents of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone in Zhituo Jiebai Pill.The separation was performed on Yilite-C18 column with acetonitril-water（46∶ 54） as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the wavelength of UV detector was set at 225 nm.RESULTS A good linear relationship was shown when costunolide concentration was in the range of 0.126 4-1.264 μg/mL（r=0.999 9） and dehydrocostus lactone concentration was in the range of 0.176 8-1.768 μg/mL（r=0.999 9）.The average recoveries of costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone were 98.60%（RSD of 1.47%） and 97.77%（RSD of 0.77%）,respectively.CONCLUSION This method has good specificity,high sensitbility,and good reproducibility.It can be used as quantitative control for costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone in Zhituo Jiebai Pill.
