小儿无瘢痕手术的现状和未来 被引量：1

摘要 无瘢痕手术已成为小儿外科新的研究热点,成人无瘢痕手术多经自然腔道(胃、阴道、结肠等)完成。相比经自然腔道内镜手术,经脐单孔腹腔镜手术因不损伤消化道而日益受到重视。目前无瘢痕手术在小儿外科的应用日益广泛,已应用于先天性巨结肠及同源病、胆结石、高位隐睾、精索静脉曲张、阑尾炎、双侧腹股沟斜疝等疾病的治疗,均取得了非常好的美容效果。
