摘要
提出了一种5轴数控卷簧机控制系统的设计方案。以ACS-SAR-LT-8运动控制器和平板工业计算机作为整个控制系统的核心部分,5个交流伺服轴分别实现卷簧机的变径、变节距、送丝、上切刀与下切刀的控制。运动控制器通过以太网接口与平板工业计算机通信,通过ETHECATNET与交流伺服驱动器通信。集弹簧CAD/CAM设计与加工于一体的系统软件设计,方便了用户的使用。实际应用表明,该设计方案简化了机械设计,增强了卷簧机的功能,提高了机床的使用寿命。
Proposed a system design scheme for a five-axis NC roll-spring machine. With a ACS-SAR-LT-8 motion controller and a panel industrial computer as the core part of the whole control system, five ac servo shafts realized respectively some functions : changing the diameter, changing the pitch, sending wire, and the control of up-cutter and down-cutter. The motion controller communicated with the panel industrial computer via the Ethernet, with ac servo drive via as the ETHECATNET bus. The system software design integrated the spring CAD/CAM with processing program, which makes it easy to use. The practical application indicated that the design scheme greatly simplified the mechanical design, enhanced the the function of the roll-spring machine, and improved the service life of the machine.
