摘要
分析塑料托盘客户需求特点、设计中存在问题及模块化设计技术的应用现状,提出面向客户定制需求的塑料平托盘模块化设计方法的必要性。通过塑料平托盘结构分析及依据模块化等相关理论,对塑料平托盘结构进行模块划分;由塑料平托盘客户需求确定其客户定制需求以及塑料托盘客户定制需求结构模型。最后提出面向客户定制需求的塑料平托盘模块化设计方法及制定相应设计流程。
Analysis the customer demands characters of plastic pallet, the problems m the plastic paltet Oeslgn ano me application status about modular design, the paper emphasized the necessity of modular design of plastic pallet tailor made for customers. By means of structural analysis of plastic pallet and the theories about modularization, the plastic pallet structure was divided by module. Confirmed the structural model of tailor made plastic pallet. At last put forward the method of modular design and correspondent design process of tailor made plastic pallet. [ Ch ,5 fig. 10 ref. ]
