摘要
采用Moldflow/MPI注塑分析软件,针对桥车保险杠大型复杂注塑品的整个注塑成型过程进行注塑参数预分析,确定了制件成型的参数。并在此基础上对3种成型方案进行了流变模拟分析,模拟熔融体在型腔中的填充、保压情况,准确预测了制件成型过程中的熔接痕和收缩等情况,通过分析结果的比较,确定了优化的成型方案,并进行了相应的实验。结果表明,该方法不仅验证了CAE模拟结果的准确性,还可以为其他类似的加工提供一定的技术支持。
This thesis applied CAE technology, used Moldflow/MPI to analyze the mold of the plastic parts for car bumper, including pre-analyzing the molding process and setting the molding parameters, conducted theologic simulative analysis of three molding schemes ,simulated the plastic polymer filling and holding in the mold and accurately forecasting the frit frack,volumetric shrinkage during molding, comparing with the analysis results to fix the optimum molding plan and proceeding to the correspondent experiments. The results show that the molding plan not only certified the accuracy of the CAE simulation, but also can offer certain technic support for other simulative processing. [ Ch ,8 fig. 1 tab. 10 ref. ]
