摘要
设计了一种用于饮料旋盖机的筒形磁力耦合旋盖头。根据瓶装饮料对旋盖头扭矩的要求,磁耦合件采用筒形结构设计,扭矩可线性调节,并对磁力耦合件扭矩进行了数值计算,并对旋盖头进行了性能试验和验证。实际应用的结果表明,所设计的筒形磁力耦合旋盖头在主要部件结构设计和总体性能方面基本满足设计要求,具有一定的适用性和工程实用价值。
A cylindrical type magnetic coupling rotary capping head is designed for capping machine. Based on the requirements of the rotary capping head torque in bottled beverage, the design of magnetic coupling adopted cylindrical structure linear adjustment torque, calculated magnetic coupling torque and carried out the performance test and verification for the rotary capping head. The results of practical application show that the designed magnetic coupling rotary capping head meets the demand for main components and overall performance with certain suitability and practical engineering value.
