摘要
随着地方区域经济的快速发展,社区教育与区域经济的相互促进关系越来越明显,一方面,社区教育的发展促进了区域经济的发展,另一方面,区域经济的发展为社区教育的发展提供了保障。作为面向大众,以提升社区成员素质,实现终身教育为目标的社区教育,是推动区域经济发展的重要力量。主动服务于区域经济发展,是社区教育发展的必然趋势。
Community education is an important means of lifelong learning for all.It covers on-the-job training for enterprise employees,vocational training for the transfer of rural labor force,and pre-service training for rural workforce.This article reports on a case study of community education in Jiaxing,Zhejiang Province with the aim of exploring the interrelationship between community education and regional economy.Findings indicate that community education promotes regional economy,and vice versa.Several strategies are proposed to promote the coordinated development of community education and regional economy: meeting the demand for diversity in community education to help achieve regional economic objectives;integrating various local community education resources to train qualified personnel for regional economic development;introducing high quality community education resources to improve local education;and establishing the assessment and evaluation system for community education to promote its sustainable development.
