摘要
随着城市化进程的推进,新生代农民工逐步成为农民工的主力军。从新生代农民工与其社会网络成员的联系频率、联系目的、情感亲密度、熟识程度、互惠程度五个方面分析了新生代农民工的社会网络构成,并进一步探讨了社会网络对其求职、城市融入的作用。
As the process of urbanization in China,new generation migrants have been the main stream of migrants.In this paper,the social network of new generation migrant have been focused on which includes connection frequency,connection goal,emotion intimacy,acquaintance level and reciprocal level.Then the function of social network to finding-job and city integration has been discussed.
