For the modern city,economy is its power and scenery is its image,while culture is its soul.Distinctive urban culture has a great stimulative effect on the development of urban culture industry and urban economy.The city＇s personality,taste and culture come not only from the natural accumulation in history,but also from the requirements of the times and shaping of its people.As the city＇s soul,cultural spirit also has its own ranking in the perspective of tastes.
