摘要
传统发展观是"以物为中心"的发展现;与传统发展观相比较,科学发展观凸显出社会发展的人本性,这是科学发展观的价值取向。坚持以人为本的价值取向,一要尊重人民群众的主体地位;二要尊重和保障人民群众的基本权利;三要营造人与自然、人与社会、人与人和谐发展的环境。从传统发展观到科学发展观,体现了发展观的深层变革。
Traditional outlook on development is a ＂things-centered＂ view.Compared with traditional outlook on development,scientific outlook on development highlights the true nature of human beings in social development.This is the value orientation of scientific outlook on development.There are three aspects of adhering to human-centered value orientation means： firstly,we must respect the subject status of the masses;secondly,we must respect and guarantee the basic rights of the masses;thirdly,we must construct the environment of harmonious development between man and nature,man and society,and man and man.The shift from traditional outlook on development to scientific outlook on development reflects the deep revolution of the outlook on development.
