摘要
在机器人运动学分析基础上,结合激光加工的特点并利用MATLAB的GUI(图形用户界面)功能设计出多自由度三维激光加工工业机器人虚拟仿真软件,实现3到6关节多自由度机器人的运动仿真,并通过云图给出机器人的工作空间,通过仿真完成基于工业机器人的激光成型堆积工作过程的规划,从而更好的指导现场加工,并在此基础上利用VC++实现了基于OpenGL(开放三维图形开发库)的激光三维成型堆积加工过程的仿真。
Based on the analysis of robot kinematics,combining with the characteristics of laser processing,kinematics simulation software for three-dimensional laser processing robot with multi-degree of freedom is designed by applying MATLAB's GUI(Graphical User Interface)function to achieve the motion simulation for more than 3 to 6 DOF robot joint.Through the cloud chart the robot work space is provided in order to supervise the site machining very well through completing the simulation of industrial robots based on laser forming process of accumulation.Thus the accumulation of three-dimensional shaping process is realized based on the OpenGL(Open Graphics Library).
